I would like to introduce myself to you as the new ENSHPO President. I am very excited to be leading the leading voice of the Environment, Health and Safety professionals around Europe, one that I have been personally involved since 2015. I look forward to collaborating with you to leverage new opportunities to increase membership value and growth for the EHS profession.
I’ve been working in different ENSHPO areas for over 8 years and , I have had the opportunity to talk to all the members of our community, as well as to share different scenarios with organizations, institutions, companies, policy-makers and other stakeholders, and it has always been reflected and clear how important we as health, safety and environment professionals are, not only in the world of work, as an active part of it and the value we bring, but how with our work we contribute to making societies more sustainable.
I was appointed a few months ago, and on this path I am accompanied by a Board, of which I am very proud, for its commitment to ENHSPO and its members and our profession. with the clear goal of working every day to enhance the value of our profession and work and to be present wherever there is talk of safety, health, and environment, to contribute our criteria and knowledge, with one objective, safer and healthier working environments, in short, more sustainable.
As a professional network, our main assets are our associations and their members, but there are many more individuals and groups who are important parts of our community, and who contribute to the development of our objectives and goals. That is why we work and will continue to do so, sharing ideas and knowledge to enrich all our stakeholders. The purpose is to continue to strengthen these relationships and, through them, to increase the value for our members.
In summary, my commitment is clear, to work for and on behalf of ENSHPO: to make ourselves visible and relevant wherever our profession is present; to increase our community of members, to make us stronger and more representative; to disseminate, promote and spread our knowledge in the various areas of safety, health and environment; and to share best practices among our community.
My door is eternally open. Feel free to contact me by any means. Send me a message, email me, call me, or come visit me. I look forward to working with all of you. I am very excited about what the present and future holds. We will achieve our goals, and of course, we will do it together.
Best regards
