Fair work and effective social protection are among the main principles of the European Pillar of Social Rights. The Pillar and its endorsed Action Plan protect people at work, during job searches, and throughout their career and personal life. To support this, the recently launched campaign Let’s make it work!, led by the European Commission, aims to strengthen social rights and improve the lives of all citizens, within very tangible fields, like skills, family, income, equality and work.

The Commission is working to create more jobs, fight inequality and social exclusion, by ensuring everyone can access high-quality work and trainings. EU-OSHA contributes to the Action Plan by making available its free Online interactive Risk Assessment (OiRA) tools to help businesses comply with national safety and health at work legislation.
