Developed alongside the discussion paper, this EU-OSHA guidance is designed to help small businesses integrate flood-related risks into their OSH management. It covers workplace risk assessment, emergency planning, worker protection during a flood, and safe recovery and return to work. It also includes two practical tools: a self-assessment checklist (Part A) and examples of good practice (Part B), organised around six areas. Written by Mireya Rifá Fabregat, former President of ENSHPO, it is intended as a practical resource that SMEs and OSH professionals can adapt to their own workplaces.
