EU Survey reveals key and emerging workplace risks
The latest European Survey of Entreprises on New and Emerging Risks (ESENER) has found that prolonged sitting, dealing with difficult customers and digitalisation are among the top and emerging workplace risks in Europe. In a comprehensive survey with over 41,000 workplaces, EU-OSHA sheds light on how they are managing occupational safety and health and provides information on the major concerns: musculoskeletal disorders and psychosocial challenges, and their evolution since 2014.
It also highlights the growing impact of digitalisation and an increase in consultations with workers about its effects on their safety and health.
